To change your password in the ParkNYC app, follow the steps below.
In the app, touch the "Settings" button. Then select "User Profile". At the bottom of the User Profile screen, touch the "Change Password" link. Enter your current password, and then your new password and touch "Save".

If you do not remember your current password, sign out of the app. Then go back to the log-in screen and touch the “Forgot your Password” link. You will get an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
To change your password on the web, go to: https://parknyc.parkmobile.us/parknyc/app/#/login.
Log in to your account. Go to “Profile”. Scroll down the profile page and you will see a “Change Password” link. Click on that link and you will be prompted to change your password.
If you do not remember your current password, sign out of your account. Then go back to the log-in screen and click the “I lost my password” link. You will get an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
